Animal Kingdom Early Opening

I'm here now & need some information about Animal kingdom opening at 8:00. Do they let you into the park early even when the park opens at 8:00? If they normally open at 8:30 for a 9:00 open, will they open at 7:30 for an 8:00 opening? And what time will the buses start running for an 8:00 opening? AK opens at 8:00 tomorrow, so I need to know ASAP! Thanks!

1. No more than a few minutes.
2. More like 10-15 minutes early. (But, it's still a good plan to arrive earlier.)
3. The park buses begin running EVERY DAY at 6:30AM or earlier.
