It's tusker House breakfast worth the money?!

Also works an 8'00 reservation at rainforest Cafe give us enough time to get to ROL?!

Honestly, we just ate at tusker house at the beginning of March and if you’re not on the dining plan I would skip it. Even on the dining plan we didn’t like it. We waited 40 minutes past our reservation, the characters took forever (over and hour and a half) and the food wasn’t anything special. Maybe we built it up in our heads too much before going but we won’t be back. I’d much rather try satuli with how good of reviews it gets.

Tusker House is the one and only character meal that we've actually come to enjoy. I find that most character meals food is the afterthought, but with Tusker House the food is simultaneously creative and well executed, which is often hard to pull off. We honestly don't even care that much about the characters and would/do only go for the food. So yes, I think its "worth" it in my mind. We also don't do lunch on days we eat breakfast at Tusker just to make sure we get our moneys worth.

I can't speak to Rainforest as I have no experience eating there, but it is at the complete opposite side of the park from ROL so if that is something you want to do you may want to consider eating in the park vice right outside the gate

Think most Disney food is way to much money for what you get , but love eating at the parks . The food is good and fills us up every time . Enjoy food with Disney friend's . Never had a bad time that was not some thing that may the trip no good . Have fun and enjoy your time at WDW .

We have enjoyed Tusker House at breakfast and lunch. We don't think any Disney food is completely amazing, but TH usually pleases everyone in our party. We have an ADR for May.

We haven't done Tusker House in a while*, but have been a couple of times, and definitely liked it.

We all generally like Rainforest Cafe, but the last time we went for lunch, it took fooooorever. I would not rely on getting through there in time for specific ride plans.

* DS is in that in-between phase where they're "too old" for character meals - but too young to just laugh and do them anyway!

TH has been routinely at the top of the Character Breakfast's in WDW. The food is a plenty, the interaction is 2nd to none, and it puts you at the heart of everything prior to RD...I'd pay OOP for it, but I'm the only one in my Fam. that will eat enough to cover the tab...LoL The other 3 aren't huge Breakfast eaters...LoL

We went back to TH last trip after not having been there in a while. Still as good as we remember. Seated right away and got a nice juice blend right away. We enjoy the characters, but not a necessity for us. We like it, but it's just breakfast, how bad can you screw that up? As a pp said food in Disney is expensive. Whether it's worth it is an individual decision

Tusker House is our favorite character breakfast. The characters are good but we really LOVE the food. Lot's of different choices and the juice is awesome! We try to do it every time and get it before the park opens so we can leave the breakfast and get right on line for the Safari and are one of the first trucks out. The animals are active first thing in the morning and are really entertaining.
