With EMH hours at AK being so early, and the mad rush for FoP and such, what does anybody grab at AK for a quick brekkie? We will definitely snack before leaving the hotel, but I know we will want something after riding a few rides in the morning, any faves?

We liked yak and yeti local cafe. We had the sausage muffin breakfast sandwich and hash brown bites. Both were good:earsboy: I think they only serve breakfast till 10 then they change over to lunch offerings.

We usually go to Creature Comforts (Starbucks) to grab some caffeine and a morning snack

For a quick breakfast, I typically pack a Red Bull and a Protein Drink. I’ll drink them on the way to the park.

Last time I was there, I went to Isle of Java and got an Elephant Ear. So delicious. If you like a sweet treat for breakfast, I highly recommend. I believe they can also be found at Kusafiri and/or Creature Comforts.

If I drank a Red Bull for breakfast, I'd be climbing up the floating mountains of Pandora trying to find a real banshee to fly! :D:P

We usually get breakfast stuff from a grocery store on the way from the airport. Eat a little before leaving the room and snack later in the morning.

We would snack in our room, then have early lunch. We almost never eat a regular breakfast at Disney.

We also don't get out until close to lunchtime though! If I were going to rope drop for FoP, I'd definitely plan on being there at least an hour prior to park opening.

In order to get on FoP before the line became too long, I arrived at AK prior to the rest of my party, not having eaten anything. Once the lazy bones got there I got off the line like many others and brought back tea and coffee from Harimbe's Market. Other people peeled off for Starbuck's and other places. I think rope drop is a great time to have your park map and know what time various kiosks and eateries open.

We went to the Joffrey's location (can't remember the other name) and had a giant donut for me and a giant apple fritter for DH. Very tasty - the iced coffee wasn't bad either.
