Hi,

I have a quick question for all of you. How crowded will Animal Kingdom be the Wednesday before Easter. I know for many it will be Spring Break--so does Animal Kingdom still get really crowded like the other parks. Any tips strategies that might help? We are looking to go to to to AK before we cruise.

Thanks,

Vicki

I can't speak to the week before Easter, but the week following Christmas, it did indeed get just as crowded as other parks. In fact, it always feels MORE crowded to us. The walkways seem narrower, and there are less large open spaces that can absorb all the people.

My suggestion would be to get there at rope drop and then plan a lunch around 12 or 1pm. We did this over Christmas and it worked out well. We got lots done, and then had an adr for Yak and Yeti right as it became TOO crowded.

Have fune!

In all reality, there is no way to predict what crowds will be like on any given day. I'll be at WDW on 4/21-23. I expect the parks to all be crowded...even AK. Yes, AK is more spread out, but it can be very crowded. Get an early start each day. I'm preparing for huge crowds that week.
