Animal Kingdom April 29th...?

Anyone know why Touring Plans is showing AK as a 9/10 for Sunday, April 29th? Every other park is at a 6/10. Is there a special event or something? There's no EMH that day either.

I’m curious too. That’s our AK day. We got our FPs already and I’m not changing around our week at this point. It jumped from 6 (I think) to 9! Last I checked other sites had AK as a good park to visit that day. Maybe because of the anniversary/party for the planet? But that’s ongoing and I don’t see anything specific for that date. Weird. Maybe someone knows.

That's our first AK day, too! I was a little concerned by TP bumping it to a 9, but I checked some other sites that all said it was a good park that day. We have all 3 FP+ that we want and an ADR booked for dinner, plus a second AK day on 5/1, so I'm sticking with my original plan and hoping for the best!

AK is having an Earth Day celebration 4/22 -5/5 that could spike the attendance especially with locals on the weekend.

They just added extra morning hours on the 29th. Omg. I’m not dragging myself or my kids out of bed for that. We can make it for a 9am but not an 8am. But we have our FP and an ADR. Here’s hoping for the best!!!
