So, you did plant more flowers, good! I am still trying for hybrids. I have Orange pansies, Pink cosmos, Orange and pink roses. As for purple I have a rose and pansy and tulip. I just got a Jacobs Ladder today for the first time too!

Nice job! I got a Jacob's Ladder but I have no idea why because I still get the same old message from Pelly. But it sure does look pretty!

I've got tulips in one spot in my town that are growing like crazy. I have a bunch of black tulips in that one area. I've also gotten pink and purple tulips, black and purple roses, and even an black cosmos! I only had one orange rose but it died.

I hope I get to play some tonight. If I do I'll check for open gates!

Sounds like you have the perfect town. congrats You have to water every day. I go and check with the townhall to make sure everyday but thats just me.. you can never have too many flowers.. again congrats.. I'm so happy for you

Now I have to unplug the Wii so I can take it with us for the weekend! I hope it isn't too hard to do... Well, I guess I should correct myself and say I hope it isn't too hard for my DH to do!

I will check with the town hall daily. I hope it stays the same because if it changes, I won't know how to fix it! I remember someone on here saying how long you have to keep up the perfect town to get the gold watering can, but I can't remember. Anyone remember offhand how long it takes? However long it is, I hope I can do it! Does everyone in your town get a gold watering can, or just one person? I hope my DD and I both get one...

If anyone figures out how to get both the windmill and the lighthouse, I sure would like to know too!

Sure wish I could get a black or pink tulip to grow! I'll keep planting! Orange seems to be the easiest color to get in our town. Hey! Oranges are my towns native fruit too!

BTW its easy to connect and disconnect the wii.. We do it all the time here to take it in other rooms..

When you walk on it for some reason it disappears.. Planting flowers is the only thing I know that I read that can bring it back.. Trees too. Wish I could be more help..

You guys have some serious AC skills! I really love playing the game, but I seem to always come here and find out about new stuff I didn't even know existed.

Last time I checked this thread I asked about hybrid flower colors. Well, I've planted red and yellow tulips next to each other, but nothing happens. I've also tried red and white pansies to make pink, but nothing there either.

I only have a regular watering can--do I need a better one for it to work?

I use a regular one.. It took me 2 months of breading to get it to work. Guess thats why I get so excited when it does..

I am going to be adding a few codes over here that I received in PM's. Sorry it has been a crazy week but my DS and I are all about AC tonight and tomorrow afternoon/evening. We will be working hard to try to get the "perfect town" and apologize that our town may be under construction but would welcome any visitors!!!

And ead79.....we are at our wits end with trying to get a hybrid. We just have no luck. When you figure out that trick....do share!!!

It took me a while too!! Let me tell you...be on the look out for pink roses. They are sort of hard to notice that they are pink..at least on my tv anyway.
