I must be just missing everyone. I was playing Wednesday night but couldn't find any open gates. I had my gate opened for a while but no visitors. Of course, yesterday I probably had a whopping 10 minutes to play, just enough time to water my flowers.

I'm hoping to be on tonight for a little bit anyway. I'll try to visit someone!

After I look for open gates, I usually open mine. Like I said, I usually play in the evening, 9-11 ish. I am actually going to jump on for a bit now, before work. It's an addiction and I like to find all the digspots before dh!

Great news for my town... I got a purple rose today!! Now all I have to do is wait for that butterfly to find it!

Let me know how long it takes for it to show up. I've got about 5 black roses and one purple one - still NO butterfly!

Wow, that's really odd -- we have only one purple rose in our town and I've caught a peacock butterfly every day this week (except for the day it rained). Only one a day though, once I catch it, we don't see another until the next day.

I finally caught the barred knifejaw today, so now we have to wait for April for new fish. Oh, and is anybody else starting to think that the loach is March's "pond smelt"? I'm already tired of catching them!

A SNAIL??? I didn't even know we had snails! Cool! I'll have to keep my eyes open for those too!

And, I'd like to know what time of day those butterflies show up too.

DD was home from school when I caught the second one, so it had to be afternoon. The others were in the morning. How did you catch a snail? According to the book, snails don't come out in March. Are you time-tripping?

I think we're about 6 weeks ahead of "real time". We got really bored with winter, plus we wanted to try to grow grass, so we skipped ahead a bit. But since I started trying to grow hybrids and catch the peacock, I told the kids they weren't allowed to time travel any more.

I caught 2 football fish in a row today! I also got my first ants after my friend told me to drop candy on the ground. I don't have any hybrids, so no peacock butterflies yet.

Hi Kayley!

My town is in a mess. I have decided to try to plant my trees according to the fruits, not the haphazard way that I have it now. I have gone through about 4 axes already chopping trees down, and I am not even a quarter of the way through with chopping, and the fruit...oh the fruit's all over the place now. Just a mess I tell you. I am going to have the perfect town, it irks me that I keep getting a "D...C minus at best". LOL, my real house is a mess, the laundry is calling me...but all I can think about is trees. I think I need help.
