Anguilla Dolphin & Stingray Encounter / St Maarten

Has anyone been on this Disney excursion? The web site says that it lasts 7 - 7.5 hours. How much time is spent with the dolphins? I'd like to get an idea of all the activities/details about this excursion before spending over $700 for a family of 4.

Hi,
When I booked this the girl told me that we would be with the Dolphins and stingrays about two hours. Then we could snorkel and play on the beach. They would serve a buffet lunch too. I don't have anything in writing only hoping she is right. Sure sounds great to me, I can't wait!!

DCL only added this excursion last month or so, so I don't know of any DISers who have reported about this yet. Looking forward to a response.
