Angry With Florist!

Evening all

Just wanted to vent about what has happened with our wedding

we booked whimsical wey to do our flowers, my mum saw one the designers in February about the flowers and paid the deposit.

fast forward to this week we were meant to meet the florist on Saturday, I e mailed for three weeks straight requesting a place to meet (as they had given me a time of 5.30pm but not a place as they didnt wanna meet at the shop)

i e mail, phone page and leave messages and not one reply othing:scared1:

so no one showed, no messages were sent for me, no e mails replied to nothing

So this got me very worried how could I trust someone to actually produce my flowers when they cant be bothered to reply to me in a three week time span (and I e mailed every day and called every day i wa sin florida)

So I have turned to the disney florist to do my flowers, rose managed to fit me in at very short notice and I can truely say she was wonderful, and I am no longer worried about my flowers

I am just very angry that I will be losing a deposit because of there lasck of interest

I'm so sorry you've had that experience with Chris! We are using Whimsical Wey and we've had a wonderful experience with Chris, so far at least. I know that they do not have a shop-- she runs the business out of her home. I hope that they are able to refund your deposit-- that would certainly be the right thing to do! ETA: I will say that the assistant was not the best communicator. Please keep us posted on what happens.
 
by shop i mean her house, which is where my parents went in feb

I am just very annoyed I waited around all evening by an internet connection, waiting for a reply (on the actual saturday) and no one replied or answered the phone

I have e mailed about this, and will keep you posted
 
I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with the florist. I'm glad that Rose at Disney Floral was able to come through for you.

That's terrible....honestly, I'd consider contacting the BBB if they don't give you your deposit back. I'd be tempted to anyway if I could document my contact attempts.
