Andy's Car Rental on Grand Cayman

Anyone use Andy's Car Rentals? I know some of the major rental companies also have reps on Grand Cayman, but thought I might like to give a local person the business. Andy's rep said they would pick-up/drop-off at the dock at no charge, as do many other companies. I will be interested in hearing your opinions.
