DD left this morning for school, then their off to the airport to go to Sunny California. Monday they march in Disneyland.

This is the first time she will be leaving me and the umbilical cord is killing me. ;)

The worst part of the whole trip was this morning she said "mom you know why they split us up on 2 planes right?" I said because too many for one plane? Nope incase one blows up, they don't lose all of us! Thanks Julie, I needed that at 6am. Gotta love em!

I bet she is so excited, when do you go

How old is she? I went to WDW my very first time on a marching band trip. I was 14 yo. It was so great to get to go somewhere without my parents or brothers.:) I was telling my dd about that trip the other day. She said she'd love to do that. I told her if she goes on a trip to WDW, I'll need to chaperone.;)

She's 15 and their flight takes off soon, i just found we can track it real time on the net.... :)

I hope SoCal has sunny weather this weekend! (we're a little rainy up here in the North.) My older DS was 16 when he went with his drama class to Washington DC - sure felt funny having him go without us!
