And, just to let you know...

Was this the Coach fanny pack or am I way off???? :confused3

I think we need photographic proof.

I have explicit instruction from DW to shoot her if she ever wears a fanny pack. It wouldn't bother me, but she would rather be...well, shot.

How did I miss this thread? :confused3

Yes, I am sad to tell you all that your friend and mine, MM, wore a (shudder) fanny pack in WDW and even posed with it in pictures. Photographic evidence will FOREVER record this Glamour "Don't!" :teeth:

Of course, you know I adore you, MM. If anybody can make a fanny pack look good, it's you, pal. :rotfl2:

She SAYS she carries it over her shoulder. Now what I don't understand is how someone who will spend a fortune on a purse would be caught dead in a fanny pack. :lmao: IS it a Coach fanny pack, MM?

Now, Amy, those pics you saw are proof that I did have it over my shoulder at least *twice* :duck: :rolleyes1

:rotfl2: Yes, you're right! I think I was just so shocked to actually see the thing IRL after reading your tag for so long.

Hey, as I've said before--if you're going to wear one, then just own it and wear it with panache! (Which you do, of course.) :teeth:

Now, as the mom of a hypercritical 16 yo dd, I'm not allowed to own one, myself. :lmao:

For those of you who want an alternative to a fanny pack, I found a great one. I bought it from eBags and it's the Airport Express by Ellington http://www.ebags.com/ellington_leather_goods/airport_express/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=46050

I like it a lot better than a fanny pack because it's everything (pack and wallet) rolled into one. The wallet portion has a place for money, credit cards, and a perfect place that I slide the park tickets (I keep them in a leather credit card case and the whole thing slides into a compartment near the coin holder). There is an outside pocket that holds a park map. There is the zippered compartment that is big enough to hold tissue, my little digital camera, chapstick, etc. If I need more things I bring a backpack, but it holds what I generally need. I can then wear it across my chest and the strap is long enough (and adjustable) that it can hang at my side. To me it's much more comfortable than a fanny pack and easier to access.

Im a member of the fanny packers as well.

How else do you manage 3 kids, a husband and Disney?
