Got the paperwork late this morning (finally) and spent about 2-1/2 hours going over it and signing everything. We're now waiting for it to arrive back in Celebration and to find out what, exactly, our down payment number will need to be... and then it's official.

We're SO excited (but still apprehensive)!!

Thanks to everybody who answered questions for us over the last week or so!
