What can anyone tell me about this place? All opinons welcome!

We stayed there last year.

It is right next to McDonalds. The walk to the park is not bad at all. Free continental breakfast in the morning (cereal, pastries, juice, coffee - some of the best coffee in the area, IMO) downstairs on the first floor.

We would stay there again. Only thing I didn't like is that you walk into your room from the outside.

Pool is just okay - view of the fireworks is great from the pool area though.

Rooms are big enough, and clean enough.

It is a nice place to stay. The location is great and a continental breakfast (they will even give you a tray so you can take breakfast up to your room if you want) makes it even better.

We stayed there for two weeks last christmas and it was okay. I would stay again, but wouldn't chose it as my first choice. The rooms were nice, the cleaning staff was thorough. The pool and hot tub were always empty much to my kids delight. The breakfast left much to be desired for our family, it was all generic, and stale pastries. We tended to just grab a drink from it and head over to the park for breakfast. I would recommend it.

I have stayed here only once but would stay again if I were on a budget. If you are staying for the breakfast...don't. It is basically cereal. Although the room smelled like an older hotel we found the room to be quite large. And the bathroom to be clean and bright. Which is a big plus for me! I thought the walk was nice and short.

I enjoyed my stay there last year - it's nice and close to the parks, rooms seemed very spacious (keep in mind though I'm used to European rooms which I believe are normally smaller than almost all US rooms) and everything seemed to be kept nice and clean.

I'd definitely recommend it and would consider staying there again on a future visit
