Anabella Hotel Living Social Deal! Pretty Awesome

Sounds great! I never think to check living social for my DLR trips!
I am not familiar with this hotel....where is it located? any past experience?

Darn I loved the Annabella on our last trip but our next one isn't until October and the whole month of October is blacked out on the deal. Lucky you ...Unlucky me:confused3

It is half a block down from the GCH and PPH and is a wonderful hotel the staff is terrific and the beds are comfy...the granite tiles in the bathroom are a real treat for tired Disney feet too LOL

How bad is the walk from the Annabella to the parks?? Thanks!

We walked every morning with our 6 year old in tow. We also walked back & forth for breaks. We did take ART back at night (it drops of right next door at the restaurant) but only because our son has gotten too heavy to carry when he is "done". Use the "shortcut" through the GCH and not only is the walk short(half a block to GCH) it is a pleasantly landscaped shaded street with nice landscaping and wide walkways.

Thanks for posting, this is tempting, specially cause DH is always complaining about hotels not having a gym, having to go to 24 hour fitness. I think he would love this one, getting tired of the same old HOJO.

I'm a little nervous of buying this and then having them be completely booked and losing the money. Also, does anyone know if taxes are additional, last time I did a livingsocial deal I got a bill for taxes and resort fees.

I don't see anywhere that there is a limit of one voucher per household or even per person, just one voucher per reservation, wonder if these can be used back-to-back for a longer stay if you do back-to-back ressies.

How do you find out the black out dates for this deal? we are going in June.

If you go here And scroll to the bottom you will see it...it is NOT blocked out at all during June!

Thanks, I did not see that. i tried to find it on the Annabell website.
BTW, I love your username! If I EVER got tattoo, I would get a peace sign, a heart and MM maybe sprinkled with a little pixie dust! aaahhhh...

We stayed here in December for a last minute trip down to see all the Christmas stuff.

If I recall, we only paid $85/night with our AAA discount. It's pretty cheap on PriceLine or Expedia too.

Keep in mind, it's a very VERY basic hotel. Nothing fancy. Walls are paper thin, you hear everything around you. If you search, I think there were some very specific threads about this hotel on here. Also, Yelp has some detailed reviews.

Ask for a remodeled room, they have hardwood floors and are much nicer than the older ones I hear. It's a quick walk to the park too.

Maybe they are nicer because it is the concierge floor?!??!

I saw this yesterday and was on the fence, but pulled the trigger with your link, hopefully that will give you credit. I know we'll be back to Disney soon, and Hojos does not have a whole lot of Ent. rate dates up in the next month or two, so this way, we should be able to get a room for 5 with a rate that is less than we pay when we do the Ent. rate for the suite at Hojos. Worth a try!

Does anyone know how the pool is?
