Ana and Randy pls help!

Ok so I am doing everything possible to book Randy and Anna and I am really not having much luck. I have called and emailed Chapman Photography since Monday. Left 1 message, filled out the online request form and emailed dircet with no answer back. I dont want to seem like a stalker!
With Anna, my sister and I are getting hair and makeup and Veronica wont confirm that I will have Anna. Well the whole point of me going to Anna's company was to get her per all of your wonderful reviews. I dont know what to do. Pls help. Has anyone had this kind of difficulty?

I have heard on the boards that Randy can take a little bit to get back to you, but always does. I left him a message on his office and cell #s to book him and heard back the same day. I have had no problems getting in touch when necessary. Maybe he is just busy getting the photos ready from all of the weddings he just did and hasn't had a chance to get back to you yet.

As far as Ana, I think they wait until closer to your wedding to confirm who will be coming. It seems like all of the girls who have used Beaute Speciale have been satisfied, whether it was Ana or someone else.

Start by calming down....Randy gets really swamped at times and it can take a while for him to return calls. Linda (wife and asst) is usually in the office on Friday mornings, so you may want to try to call again tomorrow morning. Leave your names, and the date and time you are wanting them and that way they can at least pencil you in until you hear from them.

I think anyone in Ana's group will do a wonderful job. They may not be able to confirm "her" too far in advance. Just check back with them too !

It will all be fine, just think happy thoughts !!

You should call and leave Randy a voicemail. He's slow with e-mails but very quick to return phonecalls.
