An Unaccustomed Style: Deluxe All the Way!!

Let me begin by saying, “Yay!!!” It has been 4 long, eventful years since we have been to our Magic Place and we can’t wait until we get there! We typically are on a shoestring budget, but my brother, whom I will call “Commando Ed,” is paying for most of this trip and he is wanting to “do it up right” for my Mama, or as we say "doing it in a style we are unacustomed to! Our group (we are all Florida Residents with AP’s) includes:

DS Chris – 24 years old, recent college grad (finally, whoo!!) and first year teacher. Not a thrill rider, but loves Disney food!
DM Olde Koot – just had her 76th birthday and calls me every day to give me the countdown. She loves to hang out at WDW and her favorite thing is, “everything except rides!”
DB Commando Ed - is recently turned 57 and had major open heart surgery in July. He is all about the “thrills” and loves all things Disney, especially the food. He and I are signed up for the Disney 5K in January and his goal is the Food & Wine ½ Marathon in October. He is my Hero right now!
DC Heather– My little cousin is 30. She “went to Disney” a year and a half ago with her parents. They did Epcot in 1 day and AK in one day and really thought they had seen everything! Lol She is a thrill rider!
PureTcrazy – That’s me! I love Disney at a laid-back, stop & smell the flowers pace! I’m 48 and I am not a thrill rider! I have always been a tad on the crazy side and this has been verified recently when I agreed to do the 5K with DB, which means a January trip ahead!! Did I tell you that I really love Disney? :

Now for the Plans:

12/4 – Arrive at Royale Parc for 1 nite stay. Check in and head to Joe’s Crab Shack for late lunch/early supper. Then off to MK for the Castle Lighting, MSEP and Wishes!

12/5 Check into WL Deluxe room Club Level with the DXDP!! We will be there for 2 Nights! We are so excited about staying at WL during Christmas time! Then off to Epcot.

We have ADR at Yachtman’s Steakhouse and then we will head to DHS to see the Osborne lights and EMH.

12/6 will be our MK day. 8:05 ADR at Crystal Palace and ADR at Tony’s for lunch! DB & DC are heading to the mountains first thing and I am hoping that the Carousel of Progress will be open! After Tony’s we intend to head back to WL to rest for dinner ADR at Artist Point!

12/7 Check into Grand Floridian very early to begin our 1 day Platinum Package!! First thing up is 8:30 FW Segway tour then over to GF Spa for our Swedish Massage!

We will have some time to get into our room before our Portrait Package photo shoot which is scheduled for just before our V & A reservations!

After Dinner we will head out for a Holiday Wishes Cruise.

12/8 we begin day 2 of our 1-day platinum pkg. with the Epcot ATW segway tour, followed a couple of hours later by the Aqua Seas Tour.

We will then head to SSR 2-bedroom to check in for the remainder of our stay at WDW. After we get settled in, we head to DTD for Cirque du Soleil then on to Fultons for Supper.

12/9 Breakfast at Cape May then to DHS. We have Lunch/Supper Fantasmic pkg reservations at HBD at 3:45.

12/10 Tusker House 8:00 for breakfast, enjoy the parks then lunch at Y & Y. We will stay for the JJ Parade and then back to our resort to get ready for our CG reservations.

12/11 Check out, then to Olivia’s at OKW for breakfast. DTD for shopping, then WGP for Lunch. We will then head over to the BC area for my brother to have a rad-p meet while we explore the boardwalk.

Then, head home.

DM has been packed for at least weeks already and I am almost done with mine. Of course, DS hasn’t even started. Any questions?
