Just wanted to let anyone who might be interested that reservation made over the phone can now be checked online.
I was just able to pull mine up. After they made the changes to the website I kept trying and getting a message that the booking engine was down. So I kept on checking and lo and behold I was able to retrieve my ressie. :banana:

Okay so it may not be a big deal to some but me and my anal ways like to be able to check on these type of things. :p
 
This is awesome news! Thanks so much for sharing! It drives me crazy to not be able to check my reservation online.
 
You can just go into your YouFirst profile and your reservations will come up too.
 
I just went and looked my reservation for Oct. up and there it was.It sounds funny but to just see your name with a room held makes it seem real.:cool1:

Thanks for this info...and good thing I checked!

When I called them to make a rate change they said my initial deposit would be credited and the new (lower) deposit amount would be charged. Looking at my account I realized that I should check my credit card records. I was never credited the higher amount, nor charged the lower amount. All that would be fine if my account reflected the higher deposit amount, i.e. showed a lower balance due. But it did not, it showed I paid the lower deposit amount...making me owe more than I really do at this point given the status of the credit card.

Soooo...a couple of e-mails back and forth to customer service later and it's all straightened out.
 
:sad2:mine isn't there. When I go to Loews site it says I don't have a ressie...maybe because it is too far away Oc 2010?
 
Thanks for this - we booked a Military rate over the phone & haven;t been able to check my ressie online. Have just been online to check and discovered we;ve been upgraded :cool1:

Hmmm.... I thought that maybe you had just booked it.

Yep, Talked to reservations and they told me I could not access my ressie because I booked by phone but everything is fine...very annoying now that others can do it...oh well, at least I know my ressie is OK:)
 
Well that's odd because I booked by phone too. :confused3 I even booked through Universal and not Lowe's.
Are you a Lowe's First member? I am but I didn't give my membership # when I booked. Maybe being a member has something to do with it. :confused3
 
Yes I am a Loews member and when I go to the Loews site either choice..sign in as Loews member or look by reservation number brings up the notice that I DON'T have a ressie...grrr...

If I go to Universal site same info...no ressie!
 
I had booked by phone as well and could view my reservation online.
 
i can't view mine on line either.

i booked by phone so i could use the platinum upgrade for a suite.

the reservationist at loews told me my ressie could not be checked on line due to the upgrade.

i have checked occasionally online and still can't bring it up.

i called them so many times that they sent me another email to confirm my reservation.....[/SIZE
