Hey all, haven't posted here in a while due a number of reasons. Among them is related to being trans, as I've been working 2 jobs, 7 days, 70 hours a week to help pay off medical bills. That's because I'm a post-op trans woman and my surgery was not covered by insurance. Another reason we need single-payer insurance, trans-related treatments are covered in countries with national healthcare. So it's been exhausting and I am looking forward to spending a whole week in the world, staying at Fort Wilderness Campground with my family from Oct. 16-23.

So if you're around next week, you'll find me at Clementine's Beach at Fort Wilderness. Hopefully in a hammock if they're still out. :beach:

P.S. My second job is at the Boston Museum of Science where I work weekends. I work in the box office, and wish every guest, "Have a scientific day!" What's really funny is that our next big exhibit is the Harry Potter exhibit, so we'll really have a magical experience. LOL We joke that after previously having the Star Wars and Lord of the Rings exhibits, we should rename ourselves the Museum of Science Fiction. :)

I LOVE the campground. Nothing beats fried chicken from Pioneer Hall

Hope your trip is Magical!

Sounds like you deserve it! :thumbsup2

Another big fan of the fort here too!:thumbsup2 Here's hoping you have lots of fun!

The ribs are pretty good too!

And a nice cold beer on a rocking chair outside of Crockets is the best way to end the day!! :cool1:
