An easier way to log into VMK?

I am having a really hard time logging into VMK and I was wondering if there was any other ways. If I log in from the log-in page, Every single time I try, I get the black screen and not the blue VMK logo. Is there any other way?

Have you tried waiting for a few minutes? sometimes if I wait a few minutes the blue logo with show up and then it will load.
