Its been a stressful day and I was on the dis to keep myself from eating everything in the kitchen when I decided journaling might help.
My name is Amy.I have four kids DS12,DS10,DD9 and DD3.I work part time in a daycare but hope to get a job with the school system in Fall 2008.I spend my evenings running kids from one place to another.I have been married for almost 13 yrs.
I have lost large amounts of weight several times,as much as 70 lbs once.I became a lifetime member in weight watchers..and managed to stay at my goal weight for one week.I have always been successful at losing weight but even more successful at gaining it back. This time I am determined not to diet but to be healthier. My plan is to stay around 1200-1300 calories a week and try to not eat too many "empty" calories. Also I am exercising 4-5 times a week.If I start to lose weight too quickly I will add in more calories.
I have been spending some time on Jillian Michaels website. She is the trainer from Biggest Loser,my favorite show. She makes alot of sense and one thing I have done is added alot more healthy protein to my diet.
My biggest challenge right now is taking the time to think about meals and exercise. My kids are all playing sports and all the other stuff that goes along with having four kids.Right now my sixth grader is driving me nuts!
Well I am not sure what else to include in this first post.I am finally tired enough to go to bed I think...this will mainly be a place to whine, vent, cheer, brag occasionally, and keep up with stuff...
I am 5 ft 3 inches
starting weight(this time)-156.6
Last Friday(official weigh day)-148.5 lbs
Exercise today-20 min lower body sculpting video
calories -1155
