Hello Amy - it's Penny. I hate not getting the notifications that something new has been posted, I am sure I missed something
Never Mind, you did them already. SORRY
Anyhow, I am now finalizing everything. I leave in two weeks. I can't wait. Tip envelopes, Autograph pages & Door Magnets are DONE . I am now starting on the tshirts. I have everything pretty much planned on who wears what on which day. I need to go buy the shirts tomorrow so I am figuring out what design gets a white shirt and what design gets a colored shirt.
In printing out my master list I realized that I have the 2007 one of shirt #57 & #58. SOOOOO, Can I please, have shirt #57 with a white background (like #58 but in pink) with 2008 on it and can I have #58 with 2008 on it. You see the twins cannot have the same color as then it becomes an issue of whose shirt it is. so I am making each of their shirts either pink & purple or Blue & Red or white with a pink or purple design.
Aren't I just the smartest Auntie? Thanks so much in advance. Penny

If you have a minute, could you send or post the room number in white on a transparent background? I'm not sure if you're able to do that on these boards, but I think I'd like to use that room number on some other pictures and photos.

I do not think I can post something with a transparent background - or if so, I do not know how to do it.

Maybe this will work. I thought you could easily remove the black background because it has such a strong contrast to the white. Let me know if there is something else you'd like me to try.

Why thank you very much Maam. It looks like am being forced to start using that big ole heat press machine that Jim bought me. Of course, I am prediciting it will be easy I and will finish the 50 shirts in 2 or 3 hours. Sure I will. LOL
Anyway, I am printing this week and picked up some of the shirts which I am throwing in the washer/dryer (no dryer sheets or softeners).
But now I am freaking because I am worried that the transfers I bought from AC Moore (Printworks) are going to fall apart as I am writing this email. Well you nerver know, it could happen.
Anyway, I will post pictures of my table filled with perfectly aligned and printed tshirts when I finish them all. Either that, or I will post pictures of all of us crazy people in them when we get there.

I couldn't find any info how to make shirts. Is there any place that showing step by step instructions? Thanks so much!

I am not sure if they are in one of the sticky's at the top of the boards or not. They are simple!

1) Save the design to your computer (remember where you save it to)
2) Buy transfers/shirts - Be sure to buy dark transfers if you are putting the design on any other color shirt but white - or else all white areas of the design will be the shirt color.
3) Read iron on transfer directions very carefully - pay close attention to whether or not the design needs to be flipped/rotated
4) Prewash shirts - do not use fabric softner or dryer sheets!
5) Print out designs and trim as needed
6) Iron on to shirts! - don't forget the parchment paper

I hope this helps, if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.

I made tee shirts from your designs last year for our trip and I loved them. If you have time, can you please make me 2 of the star wars with the 4 characters on them. Both saying Walt Disney World 2008, one with the name Lyssa and one with the name Julia on them. The girls would love them. We are going in May, so no rush. Thank you in advance.
