Amount due and payment questions

Is there no way to see pricing for your resort reservation online? I had a reservation, and made a change. So now I'm not sure exactly what rate I am paying or how much I owe. And I can't seem to find that information online. Am I just not looking in the right spot?

Also, I have not booked directly with Disney in quite a while. Is there no place you can make payments online?

You should have received an email outlining what you had reserved but on your MDE account you can go to the drop down menu under it and click on My Reservations and Tickets and your list should show once that page loads, your Reservation and Total Amount Due. You can click on pay online beside that. Now, I have heard of others not seeing this option so it may depend on where you are accessing MDE from (IE, Firefox, Safari etc).
I paid for all our ours online without a problem.

The only way I see all my info. is in my confirmation emails which does list the prices and what I've paid and still owe and by what date.

So, I am using Internet Explorer and can't see this other stuff., so I'm guessing
that that may be a good tip from Momoftwins to try a different browser.

I have been looking also and couldn't find it on MDE, so I chatted online with a CM and she informed me that if it is a room only res then you have to call for a balance and to apply payment. Still haven't taken the time to do that yet

Oh, and I've got both a room only and a package reservation on mine because of a split stay and can't get either to show anything more than the bare bones through MDE.

This is correct. Happened to me last trip for the first time. I used to be able to check the balance and make payments online, but not anymore. The only way is to call them.

I have a package and it took me a few days to figure it out. I. Was using the MDE app on my iPad for everything, Well it don't show up on the app. My reservation and dining are there just no payment info. I needed to go to disneyworld.com and access the MDE that way. Under the reservation it does come up and will have a payment option. But for a RO I'm guessing it don't work.
