Ammending an ADR

Hello. Just noticed on the my Disney experience app that I have booked my Teppan Edo reservation for 6 people when there are only 2 of us, oops! I've tried to go online but I can't seem to view my dining reservations anywhere to try and cancel it and rebook. Any ideas?? Stupid website! Ha

Don't panic. Mine said 12 on the app when I had booked for 4. I rang them in a panic and they said it sometimes appears like that as the tables are shared but that I had only booked for 4. Interestingly when I managed to go into www.waltdisneyworld.com site and entered the 12 digit reservation code for the meal it appeared as a booking for 4!

Oh thank you! There doesn't seem to be anywhere to type in my reservation number on the website and every time I click on my reservations it just takes me to our accommodation booking. Don't understand the Disney website, it's too confusing!

I'm the complete opposite, I can get to our dining reservations but not our resort reservation!

It's bizarre! On the app I can only get dining reservations and not our resort reservation and online it's the other way round! How strange. I just phoned and got straight through, I asked how to view my dining reservations online and she said she didn't have a clue. My Teppan Edo booking was correct though like pp said

So pleased it is all sorted! Catherine I'm the same as you. Can see my ADR's but not my resort reservation on the app but can see both (eventually) on the website. Not sure technology is Disney's mega strength ATM!!!

I have linked everything on the My Disney Experience app now. When I used the letters/numbers reference it found my resort reservation and let me add family. My dining reservations are all there too. Also it shows me my 12 digit reference.

Thanks scoobydooby I used my letters an numbers ref and now our hotel reservation is showing on the app as well as my dining reservations. Now I just need to work out how to see dining reservations online!

2 hours!!! Oh no! That's ridiculous! Hope you got all the ADRs you wanted. I just feel like I want everything sorted now so I can relax, at least ADRs can be ticked off.

it was 2.05 hrs !!! i was nearly in tears first she said that the original booking had been cancelled over the phone? then she said it was never booked as it was outside the booking window , she kept putting me on hold mid sentence then once i had explained i was staying onsite she could book it but gave me 3 different times each time i went thru to double check the details and the wrong confirmation number !! it was ridiculous!!! then when i asked her how the first booking was cancelled she said she had cancelled it when trying to ammend it by mistake !!!

ohana dinner
ohana for lilo and stitch ( wasnt happy about doing same place twice but kids wanted the lilo n stitch)

all pretty much at the times i wanted aswell except trex
just crt and yachtsman to book but in week 2 when not on dining plan so cant do them yet

also feel very relieved now they are done i was really dreading it

It will all be worth it Your kids will have so much fun with all those character meals. I'm dragging DBF to Cape May breakfast, he didn't fancy a character breakfast but I've never had the experience so I wanted to give it a try.

The My Disney Experience app is very glitchy. It says I booked Mama Melroses Fantasmic package for 2 and I actually booked it for 4. Will have to call back about that one. It also says I booked Teppan Edo for 12 (!!!) but I did that on line and have a printed e mail confirmation saying it is for 4.

It's crazy! Haha. Sure you could find a few extra people to take to Teppan Edo

im hoping all the character meals will mean i get out of some queing in the parks to see them !!
