Ami - Fancy Gap Snow

Here's what we came back through last week at this time - heading North on I-77, just where the Piedmont in NC heads up the hills into Fancy Gap, VA. We had already come through bad weather and the snow had stopped and there was nothing on the ground. Then we started up into the hills:

A few cars off the road - I honestly don't know why - this was really not that bad - I've driven through lots worse:

HEY, I remember them ! Last pic of them, they were all bundled up an out in the snow at grandpa's !

Al, the grandkids are adorable! I cant believe how much the baby has grown already!

Stall #2 was my favorite!!!

All that snow looks just about right....only I didn't drive in it! Living in Buffalo has made you much more prepared than I! 77 through Fancy Gap is treacherous enough without inclement weather But so beautiful it's worth a few butterflies when you drive through! It's also worth it to see those handsome little grandsons of yours!!!!
