Amex white glove treatment?

I know this has been asked here a while back, but my search returned no results. Just wondering if DCL or Amex offers any of this service anymore, or if it is gone? Has anyone had any experience with this recently? Thanks for any info.

I cannot answer definitively, but since Disney ended their agreement with AMEX and came out with their own card, my answer would be no.

Disney is also no longer part of the American Express Rewards program, so I suspect the relationship is over also.
