Amex White Glove Advanced Ressies

A while back I asked how others with the Amex package were able to book their advanced reservations for Palo and some people posted that they called DCL and were given a number for the dining coordinator. I called DCL and was told that I needed to wait for a letter to be faxed to my TA (a letter I understand most people never received) and then my TA could make the reservations. They wouldn't budge. I am curious how did the people able to get the number get the number and does anyone have this number?

I called DCL and asked for the dining coordinator. I booked through DCL myself with no TA. Maybe that's why they put me through. I made the ressies, no problem. I never did get any letter. I would call back and ask the letter to be faxed to your TA. Give them 24 hrs. Ask your TA to call them to make the ressies. There is no reason then why they wouldn't let the TA make them over the phone like I did.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply. When I called they said the letter would go out somewhere around the 45 day mark. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and call back then if the letter is never received. Hopefully my next attempt will be more successful.

I also called DCL and asked for the Dining Coordinator. Her name is Debbie. I told Debbie I did not receive a letter but had been told that I could call. That was fine with her and she not only made my reservations (one month in advance) for Palo dinner, but also brunch and high tea.
