I recently signed up for this deal, as i dont like the idea of taking too much cash, i was just wondering if anybody has had any problems with them and also is there any places that i cannot use it.

Can i use it everywhere in the parks?

Can i use it to purchase just one drink? or does it have a minimum amout.

We used it earlier on in the year and we didn't come across anywhere that didn't accept them, in or out of WDW. Not sure on the minimum spend.

We used ours, with no problem, at Easter

I kept a running tab of what we'd spent and, just to be doubly sure, checked online a couple of times too

Only place we were unable to use it was at the Crazy Golf course when we went to the beach.
Not sure that you'll be able to use it at the 'carts' in WDW but we didn't experience trouble anywhere else
