Yes. I'm not using the Target/Walmart offer to buy Disney gift cards, but between these two offers I could have purchased $650 of Disney gift cards for $400. I'm getting pretty close to a 40% discount on my cruise.

It was on my AMEX app. I could added to either my Optima Platinum or Delta Platinum.
