Amex discounts - bluebird eligible?

Long shot, but does anyone know if you have a bluebird by AmEx card is it eligible for the same discounts as a regular AmEX card?

Bluebird is the reloadable card from Wal-mart but it's run through AMEX. I like to travel with it because it's not tied to any of my bank accounts so if anything happens to the info the rest of my financial life isn't compromised

I don’t know if they give a discount for bluebird but I was able to get discounts before with my Amex Serve. It is also a prepaid card. Everyone in my family has their own for travel for the same reason. You can also easily transfer money between them with the app. I’m guessing the bluebird works the same way.
