America's Next Top Model: Cycle 6 **Possible Spoilers**

Has anyone else been watching the new cycle? I did a search and the only ANTM threads were from last year.

So anyway, I was really disappointed that Molly Sue got sent home tonight. I thought she had a great look and had been doing a good job. I don't think anyone really did very good on the Cover Girl commercial, but the one girl that should have been sent home weeks ago is Jade.

So anyway, I know I'm not the only person on here who watches this... And hopefully I won't be the only one who will admit to it.

I'll admit it!

I didn't see everything that happened tonight since they changed Amazing Race to Wednesdays, so I was switching back and forth during commercials.

I kind of think they're just keeping Jade around for the drama, since it is a tv show. I of course don't like her, but I have to say her constant arrogance is pretty amusing to watch.

I love Nnenna, and honestly she's the only one who really stands out to me this season. She just seems so natural and is always confident and beautiful without being arrogant.

I watch it. (I'll sheepishly admit I've watched every cycle) I so can't stand Jade. I'm sure she'll go but she's that thorn they always keep around for awhile. She makes good TV.

I liked Neena, BUT the way she talks to the boyfriend. I'm thinking there was more to her than meets the eye. My thoughts on her are ever changing, and I'm on the fence w/ her right now. I do love the accent though.

I don't see the model quality in Brooke or Furonda either. So if someone could point me to it that would be great.... .

Right now I'm still not sure who I want to win. Honestly I think it will be Neena or Danielle. I didn't like Danielle at the start, but she's been growing on me each week.

That's how I feel about her too. I think some possible drama might unfold around her in the upcoming weeks.

Oh and looking back on the pictures of Kari, I wish she hadn't been voted off so quickly, she was really pretty.

I love this show....

I agree, Jade is on for the drama and the conflict. Looking back on my old lit classes, conflict is one of the most important parts of any drama! Without it, it's like watching grass grow...

I liked Mollie Sue, I thought she had potential. So did Gina, but she held her heart on her sleeve, which is a tragic flaw anywhere in life.

My favorites are Joanie, Leslie and Nnena. I liked Kari, also, but she was too "commercial", not true model material. Danielle's voice makes me CRINGE... Sara looks great since the makeover, she looks good with short hair. I liked Jade better PRE makeover, her look was more dramatic before.

I can't imagine who will win now, I think they base it a lot on the previous winner, etc. We'll see.

I do like Sarah too--isn't she the one that was recruited for the show rather than applied or was it Joanie??? And I agree that Jade's makeover didn't do anything for her. I too thought she looked better before.

Right now it does still seem like anyone's game doesn't it. Sometimes you can almost see them leaning one way or another, but not this time. However, last season I was positive that Nik was gonna win (which I was really hoping for Nicole over her because I didn't care for her too much). Also, every season has had a plus sized model and there was none this season. I wonder if it's because they would of never had one win......

Sarah was recruited in a shopping mall - I really like her, especially with the shorter hair. Jade has got to go. I also like Nenna.

I've never been that much of a Brooke fan (didn't hate her but didn't love her) but I thought she looked really pretty last night - escpecially in the judging. I liked Joanie last night and last week. It seems like this season they are throwing the girls straight into the fire without telling them how to do things. I mean, I thought Sara had a good commercial but they should have reminded the girls things like hold the makeup up to the camera. I also thought they eliminated Kari too soon. I didn't think she would win because she was too pretty but come on - Gina over her! Gina goofed up ever task she attemtped and cheek bones or not, she should have gone the first week!

Gina's poses in front of the judges last week were terrible! And in her "sleeping beauty" picture she did nothing to convey sleeping beauty, she was more like smiley girl. Glad she is gone.

But I don't know that I would have thought to hold the makeup up either without anyone telling me, especially when you are nervous and it's a one take type of thing. (and I probably would have had the cocktail too, I don't know any other way to party lol)

Jade looked a lot better before her makeover. With the darker hair you could at least tell that she had really pretty eyes. Now she looks more like a drag queen than a fashion model.

I kind of miss them not having a plus sized model on this season, but oh well.

I do like Nnenna. What I thought was interesting was when Jade said that they showed her worst take. She said that the first time, she said the lines perfectly. I couldn't remember what she did on the first take exactly, so I viewed it again and saw that they never showed the end of the first take, just her walking without adlibbing. So, for them to show her second take, with the horrible overacting and terrible line flubs at the end, only goes to show that it's all about editing. They wanted us to see Jade in a bad light (I believe they're setting her up for a fall.) If she said the lines perfectly in the first take, but didn't adlib on the walk, that would have been an "ok" take. Even though she's annoying, her shoots haven't been so terrible that she deserves to be kicked off yet. Thus the showing of the "worse" of the two takes instead of the better. IF I were her, I'd be po'd too.

Ok I thought that it was a good show tonight and I agreed with who they sent home. I'm liking Joanie more and more every week.

I've watched every season of ANTM and I can say that this is the first season where no one has really jumped out at me as being real model material. I don't find any of them that attractive. I can't stand Jade. IMHO this is a ho-hum season.

I agree with liking Joanie more and more. She really started standing out with that "mom" picture with the raised eyebrow. I never really noticed how much Nnenna laughed at Brooke until she pointed it out but she is right. I think if they had more confidence, Brooke and Sara could own this competition!
