Ugh! I can't check out online and now can't get through on the phone to order.

quick- what's the phone number. Now all I have is a blank screen and it won't let me checkout!

I have a couple things in my cart so I'm hoping it will let me check out!

The site is VERY slow.

I kept getting the call back message and then actually got into the order queue. It took about 15 minutes on hold but they had a lot of what I was looking for.
Good luck!
Lynn

I'm on hold right now..they said it would be a 15 min wait. I got all the way to checkout on the web and then it shut me down. I hope they have the stuff I want.

I was just able to place my order. I just kept hitting redial for their customer service number and eventually got through to a message that said my wait time was 15 minutes. I waited about 10 and then a rep came on. They had everything I wanted and she placed my order for me....so keep trying and good luck!

I got DD the western horse, the snow pj's and slippers for her, and also the matching set for her bitty and then the bitty bounce chair and the hair dvd and hair kit for her Chrissa, Mia dolls and the Julie doll santa will be bringing her.

She was done, but with these sales I had to buy....and I will just put some stuff away for her birthday in january.

I got through on the phone and bought the Bitty Twin kitchen set. I thought that was a good deal for $40.

After having the site crash on me over and over, I finally got through on the phone to a wonderful sales person. :)

Thank you all for the hint about keep calling :worship:. After 5 tries I got through and was able to place my order. So happy to get that western horse my dd has been wanting, although somehow my order ended up with another 8 items :confused3:confused3.

Good luck out there on this cyber Monday,

K in SA

I stayed up until midnight last night when the sale started. I ordered about 12:10 and had no problems at all. I was a little disappointed that there weren't more outfits on sale. The little girl I am buying for is new to AG so she will be happy with what I did order (but I owuld have ordered more if there had been more outfits.)

I called about 5 times too and finally got through. I ordered the Bitty Twins kitchen set ($40) and three doll hair care sets ($5 each--one for us, one for my mom, and one for my neighbor) and the hair styling DVD ($4). Now, I just need a doll (we don't have one yet). I wanted a blond bitty twin girl, but they are on backorder until January.

I guess we'll be pushing this gift to birthday in Feb. I found the old style Bitty Baby crib with mobile (the white one with heart cut outs) and a Bitty Baby wicker suitcase at a garage sale for $20 and look what it started. Well, that and grandma taught her how to make pigtails and now she wants her dolls to have pigtails and their hair isn't made to do that :scared1:

I am thinking about trying to sell the Bitty Twin kitchen (just the kitchen itself) and keep the outfits... I really only wanted the outfits from the set.

Thanks to the person who gave out the phone number!

2 packs of trading cards (great for the stocking)
Chrissa snowsuit set
Chrissa snow gear
holiday treats
2 sapphire party outfits
hair care DVD
minute mystery 2 book (the 1st one sold out)

I bought my DD an 18" doll daybed from Meijer, but I like the one on AG had a trundle. It was sold out. They won't get that style back in, because they are pushing the bunkbeds according to the sales person. My DD will be happy with the one she gets.

To the people who are getting through on the phone, did you get the please call back message first? That is the only message I have gotten on the phone, that or a busy signal. I have the items I want in the shopping cart and that took me forever and now I can't checkout online. Wish I thought about calling sooner and I wish I thought about checking this site sooner.

Knock on wood. I just answered my question. I am waiting in the queue. If you are trying to call, keep calling. It hasn't told me me how long my wait time is.

Oh no, I wanted a blond Bitty Twin for DD. I wonder if they still have them at the store in NYC

I was hoping for free shipping with the sale.....oh well.

I stayed up until 1:15 and ordered the Chrissa doll, llama, snow suit and snow gear, plus some trading cards.

I had wanted the Chrissa set, but it kept telling me it was sold out.
I think I made out better anyways, since DD has a number of different dresses and shorts outfits already.
With the sale she will have the doll, llama, and some cool snow gear to play with. And for a better price than the set, which came with two dresses and a shorts outfit.

Yay ~ finally got through on the phone and placed my order (thank goodness today was payday) I ordered ~

Chrissa's Snow Gear
C's Snow Outfit
C's Llama (DS will be excited (he likes llamas) about that one ~ it is for DD ;))
*DD will be getting Chrissa for C~mas
Kit's Floral Print Dress
Sapphire Party Outfit
Hair Cair Kit for Dolls
Trading Cards
Samatha's Movie
*I'm restoring an eBay Samantha for DD ~ she's currently getting her Downy Dunk (see youtube ~ search "how to downy dunk your american girl") ~ I had a Samantha doll when I was younger but our house burnt down just after Thanksgiving during my 5th grade year and I never repalced her.

My total with shipping ~ which is OK since I don't pay tax was just under $100.
