For my Grandparents birthday's we are taking them to WDW. Because my Grandma has been under treatment for back and knee problems she and my Grandfather haven't been able to travel. They are very into an Americana style. We want to go in November/ Decemberish time. Any suggestions on what things to do and see would be great...Thanks

By American Style do you mean American folk art? :confused3

If so they will probably enjoy Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom. They will probably like the Heritage House store there. Also at Epcot, they might enjoy hearing the Voices of Liberty at the American Pavilion (check the time guide for when they sing).

How many days will you be staying and do you plan to stay on Disney property or off?

If your Grandma has mobility issues you might look into renting an ECV for her. Disney rents them out by the day or Length of Stay in the parks, or you can look into renting from an offsite company like Care. Here's the Allearsnet.com FAQ on wheelchair/Scooter rentals.
