Americana Mickey Pin

I was at the "world" the last week in Sept. and of course EVERYONE was sold out of this pin.. I want one soooo badly !!
Does anyone know when they will become available ? I have already ordered one through mail order, but the CM said they were on back-order and he didn't know when they would be available, maybe sometime in October... anyone know anything differently ??
Looking forward to getting them !!

I want one, too...well, actually I want four! One for each family member. Can't wait 'till they're available. If I see any when I'm there in a few weeks, I'll stock up!

Disney said that the pins would be avialable around the 5th and there they magically showed up on the 5th.

We were walking into the Magic Kingdom and saw everyone with there brand new shinny Americana Mickey pins on. When we ask where they were they said that they were in Liberty Square, but they were also all gone.

So each day thru out the parks they showed up at different locations. Pin Central, WOD and finally we were able to get them at the Pin Chart at DTD.

They limited it to two per person.

I think Disney will probably get them in again as soon as they can.

I'm at WDW this week and they say they are expecting another shipment "soon", possibly the middle of next week, but of course, they don't know for sure. I had two from when they first came out almost two years ago and was wearing one yesterday. It fell off my collar without my knowing it, so someone is happy out there !

That is odd that you said that they had them back in stock at the parks already -
I just called mail order again, inquiring about my order, and she said the computer shows them on backorder EVERYWHERE until the end of October. She said it would 10-20 buisness days after that ... that I would receive my order by mail ! Ugh.
Now I wish I would have just sent some $ with my friend who is going in November.
There is not even any on ebay to buy ! Believe me, I have looked !
Oh well.. I will just be patient I guess.

They're not in the parks now. Apparently, an order came in last week and they sold out right away. A CM said they were hoping they would be in stock maybe the middle or end of next week, but that's just a hope and they don't know for sure.
