American Vacation Homes?

Has anyone here rented a home from American Vacation homes? We are going to Universal & IOA in Oct '05 and we found a great rate for a 4-bedroom home w/ private pool. We found it thru travelocity. It's located at 2983 VINELAND RD, Kissimmee, FL.

No, but I can drive by it tomorrow if you would like and see what it looks like and how close it is to Universal.

Edited: Nevermind. I just checked mapquest and it is 12 miles to Universal studios in the opposite direction from where I am coming from.

I can't do it tomarrow but on my way to work Saturday I'll see if I can swing by it since I think it is on my way.

I think it is on your way to work. I looked at mapquest and it looks like you would pass by it on your way in.

You might find that the vineland address is simply the office rather than an actual home you rent .

I have not rented from them but have used others and they are great!!!!!
Loved them so much bought one ourselves.

sorry to bump this old topic, but am curious on this same subject as I too can get a good rate on Oct 05, has anyone stayed here since? Any conclusions? Thanks.

We are heading to Orlando tomorrow and will be staying at one of these. It will be a 3BR with pool home, they have different "star" rated properties and I can only assume that this property will be the 3 star and not one of the 5 stars =( ... but, I did only pay about $87.00 per night =)
