American Shopping Before (Thanksgiving)

Hi DD17, sister inlaw and I are heading over to Buffalo shopping this next Tuesday(21). Isn't thier thanksgiving on Thursday? I thought I saw sale adds on TV that start this Monday. Does anyone go over around that time? I got to find a Kohls for High School Musical stuff.

Yes, our Thanksgiving is on Thursday, but there are a lot of great sales

before then. Friday the stores will be CRAZY busy.

I'm not sure where you usually shop, but there's a Kohl's on

Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst. (maybe 5 or 10 minutes from the Boulevard

Mall).

Were going over this fri. with DS in tow I dont want to deal with the large crowds. Plus we really are going for stuff that normally doesnt get put on hudge super discount.

A friend and I are heading over on Thursday. I booked the Sleep Inn at the Airport for the awesome price of $63, however there are no rooms at any decent motels or hotels for the Friday night. They are totally booked due to all the Canadians going over shopping, or so I'm told!

Actually their Turkeys are 29 cents a pound at Wegmans, with a $25 order and the original cost of the Turkey is included in your $25.00! I got a 16 pound one for $4.64!! The sale is until this Sunday so 2 more days to get this deal! grab them while you can!

I was there last weekend and the sales have already begun. The outlet centre was very busy, my sister and I couldn't believe how many Ontario plates were in the parking lot.
