Back in 2006, my family and I went to Disney for the 4th of July. At the CS in the America pavillion in EPCOT they had this really good red, white, and blue jello under desserts. 
But, the past two times I've gone to Disney (both in April) they weren't offering it. Does anyone know if this is only something they offer around the 4th?
We are going to Disney at the end of July this summer, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that maybe it will be available for the whole month of July. I know this is a really random question, but any help would be appreciated! Thanks
