I'm certainly not a singer so I don't know what it is like to be on stage and try to sing with a live band in front of a live audience. I have to wonder though how Paige was so off (pitch wise) on that song. It was like she and the band weren't on the same key. Could she not hear the key of the music? I wonder what the reason is why one can be off pitch.

I feel bad for her because she seems like a very nice girl. Miley should have given her the advice of picking another song especially if she was "pitchy" during rehearsal.
