Now we'll see how many try to do Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and other artists that we have thought they should ban from Idol competition.

tbh, they'll probably still sing stuff that's from 1963 or something along those lines. it's pretty rare that they ever sing something current when they're actually given the chance.

eta: i'm looking thru these, and i've gotten back to 2002 and most of the songs are rap songs....or songs that obviously can't be sang on the AI stage. so now i don't want to hear the judges talk about "why didn't you pick a current song!?" because there really isn't a whole lot to choose from

yep...beleive it or not I think Pam Anderson did pretty dang decent!
