Uh, sorry Ellen...Crystal sounds just like Melissa Ethridge and Tracey Chapman. Not so original.

neither one of them is very "original" to be honest. i think that's the reason that this was such a crappy season. none of the contestants stood out.

Just based on the judge's comments, I think Lee is going to win. Whoever gets the best comments from the judges on the finale night always loses.

I heard that too. Maybe they just mean the single released on iTunes from tonights show? I can't imagine they'd add a cover on the winner's album.

I agree. I think she has a great voice, but her music is not something I would listen too. Lee is probably more mainstream, but I don't think he will win, but as we all know the winner doesn't necessarily do well afterwards so.

and I wasn't a fan of this song anyways. It's harsh....it's like "I think I'd better leave right now..." and I just wanna say "Well, you THINK? We aren't paying for an extra hotel night just so you can think about leaving!"

and I'd just like to say, I hope Lee does better than Crystal, whether he wins or not. Something about her irks me to the point where I can't root for her anymore. Maybe it's her underlying snobbiness that some see and some don't....idk.

Lee's phone number does end in "01" doesn't it? If so, I've gotten thru every time I've dialed the number, which is absolutely unheard of for me in the finals! In the past, I've dialed for 2 solid hours and may only gotten thru 10 times if I'm lucky.
