Oy veh, I must be watching a different show than the judges tonight, or maybe it's because I don't know these songs, except for Adele, but I am underwhelmed.

I don't know them either..

I didn't like Candice and Angie's duet either.

Me neither....

The judges over praising of Amber and Angie is comical.

At least my birthday boy agrees with us~

It is so obvious that they are pushing Amber this week. I did think it was amusing that Nicki called Amber 'Angie'. Does she even know who she is listening to?

Also, since when is Donna Summer a one-hit wonder?

I think they meant Richard Harris.

I'm finally back around guys. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers, the CT scan came back clear! We go back in three months, still have a minor surgery to do to take care of something that is minor compared to everything else over the past year. Now bring on Idol and some interesting performances ahead.

I think the "famous" version should be a one-hit wonder at least.

For example, Blinded By The Light is most thought of as a Manfred Mann song, a true one-hit wonder even though Springsteen sang it first.
