I doubt, Colton will make it, anywhere near top 5. He's pretty forgettable. It wouldn't surprise me, if he lasts more than 2-3 weeks...tops.

I think that just shows how different tastes in music makes people remember different people. I remembered Colton from last year and he's been a favorite of mine from the start, along with Phil Phillips. The girls have been very forgettable for me this year.

I like Hollie too...seems like it would be far more special for her to win than Jessica~like you said, deals are all but inked for the others and Hollie will get offers, but I think she fits the *sweetheart* role better than Jessica.(Jess has the Diva thing down already) I do think it will be a girl this year, no shocker there.

I would like a girl to win this year, too but I'm not a fan of any of the girls, unfortunately.I like Jessica and Hollie's voices but nothing else.I like Erika and Elise's voices but nothing else. I REALLY like Phillip and Joshua because I like to see them perform and they get to me. I think I watched both of their performance 20 times each! I just LOVE to watch Phillip move, he has a rhythm that's incredible... or was it PAIN?

Joshua FEELS his song, I don't think anything got to me as much as him singing Jar of Hearts on YouTube. It goes right thru me.

Colton, Heejun and Deandre... they're all okay. I love Deandre's little face, but I think he needs more training. Colton is a pro but just not my type. Heejun... well, he's Heejun.

Life has gotten in the way of posting, but I've been watching. Jessica has a super powerful voice, but I find her kind of boring. However, my favorite is Joshua....hands down! He feels his music and, in turn, makes me feel it, too. That is the mark of an artist. So....officially jumping on the Josh bandwagon now.

Welcome back, uga! I can relate to the life thing, I didn't post for about 2 months because of my ridiculous workload..

Glad to be back, all of my AI co workers are gone now so I have people to talk to about my ups and downs on that show.

(Let me take that back. I have a co worker who used to go to church with Diana DeGarmo's mother (never spoke to her) and it has made her the undeniable last word on everything American Idol... NO ONE knows more than she... )

I hope he changes his hair. He reminds me of Vanilla Ice and that makes me shudder! One of my DDs loved that song Ice Ice Baby when it first came out and we had to listen to it for 3 straight hours on a road trip before we made her quit playing it!
