If I ordered something online, can I return it at the store or do I have to ship it back? I couldn't find anything on their website about returning items to the store. If I have to ship it back, do I pay the shipping on returns?

Also, do they price adjust? I see the hair care kit for $5 today. I just bought it 2 weeks ago for $20 online.

I don't know about returns to the store when purchased online. As far as price adjustments, if you read the small print about today's sale they say that the prices don't apply to previous purchases. Sorry. You could, of course, return the $20 one and rebuy at the discounted price. But you have to consider the shipping costs involved in doing that. If you find out you can return to store, and if you're ordering something else anyway online today and your shipping rate won't be affected, then the rebuy might be a good deal for you.

I think I'm just going to keep what I have and try not to order anymore!
