They typically never discount the actual dolls. The only time I have ever seen it was the 25% off they had on the latest hystoricals, Marie-Grace and Cecile. here have been some deals on clothing and accessories on the web site lately though. Check thier sale section. Occasionally they will offer free shipping.

Free shipping was back in November. I seriously doubt it will be offered again before Christmas. There were some deals on accessories during their Cyber Monday sale. And there was also a thing called daily deals which I believe is over also.
As the PP stated, I have never seen the actual dolls on sale or discounted.
