I went ahead bout bought Felicity + Elizabeth as they're retiring and super popular [and DD mentioned Felicity this am]. I'll give her Fel for Xmas and Eliz for her March 1 bday. Thanks for the free ship code.

I read that Cyber Mon was outfits/accessories and not free ship so if you want a doll, get it now with free ship and wait for sale outfits/acc. as shipping will be less expensive for those items.

That plus DSi ordered from Amazon this am [$119 free ship and no tax] and I'me done with 2/3 'big' gifts! Woo Hoo.

Just bit the bullet with the free shipping on a Molly doll. I cannot believe what I just what I just paid for a doll. I swear, this doll better be amazing and DD better play with her or she will get coal next year

I am one of the cheapest people I have ever met (proud of it!), and I feel that AG dolls are well worth the price. They are beautiful heirlooms that make our girls happy for years. The dolls teach good values and help girls build confidence in themselves. They help our girls stay young in a crazy, too fast world.

To me, that's well worth the $95 price tag. I just wish I could find something like them for my son.

Cyber Monday last year I was ordering stuff for dd at 5 am. I remember ordering the following random stuff: winter outfit with inner tube for sledding, hair care set with dvd, books, vhs tapes. DD was just getting into AG and I did not buy alot but savings were 50% off or better. I had no clue how rare a sale was on AG stuff! This year I plan on being up extra early and doing quite a bit of cyber shopping!

I went to their store at Mall of America at the beginning of this month and am in love. I want a doll to play with myself and I am 33

My niece is getting a doll from Target for her July birthday next year, but several outfits from American Girl, though. I figure if she has one and I have one; we can play with them together.

We will actually be going to the store in Dallas on Black Friday. We have gone every year either a few days before Thanksgiving or the day after because it's right before my daughter's birthday and we are at MIL's house. It's something we enjoy very much.

Hey y'all
I just learned this past weekend that Dillards now carries a line of girls clothes called "Dolly and me" that are girls outfits with matching outfits that are made to fit your American Girl doll. I bought my daughter an adorable play outfit, t-shirt, leggings and tule skirt for $30, and it came with a matching outfit that fit her Kit perfectly.
They also had many P.J. sets and several lovely X-mas dresses, all very reasonably priced. None of the outfits came with shoes.

Hi everybody! I'm brand new here and I love this site! So helpful with planning our 1st trip to Disney World (next week!). Anyway, I just had to share a couple of things about the dolls and clothes. First, they have the cutest winter/holiday flannel night gown sets by St. Eve at Kohls sizes 5-14/16 I think). I paid $9.70 with a sale and coupon and it included a nightgown for my dtr and for her doll!!! Also, I bought a set on Kmart.com for about $12. Kmart, Sears, and Kohls have dresses and outfits too. The quality of the clothes can be poor at times at Sears but the PJ's and nightgowns are awesome! If you want nightgowns in toddler sizes, I think the brand at Kohls would be Jelly Beans.

Second thing is the dolls. Both my girls have Gotz dolls. The quality is as good as AG but they don't have the wonderful historical stories and accessories. They are from the Precious Day Collection and online run around $65. I bought mine for 24.99 at a store called Tuesday Morning. I love them b/c you can wash them in a pillow case in the washing machine! My girls have the Target hair salon set and they love washing the dolls hair in the sink and then playing salon! Now that my girls are a little older (7 and 8) they are getting AG dolls for Christmas but these dolls have been fabulous!
