american food at epcot... let's pretend

i decided instead of blech burgers and fries they should serve regional food...so what would you like to see on the menu????

the only regional ohio food i can think of right now are buckeye balls( little yummy chocolate/peanut butter candy that look like buckeyes) so guess that is my contribution

Shrimp and grits from lowland South Carolina.....Oyster po-boys from the Mississippi coast....Red beans and rice from south Louisiana.....a muffelata from New Orleans......Fried chicken from Kentucky.....boiled lobster with iceberg salad from Maine.....Oyster stew from New England..... god, I love food........

Well, I'm not from either city but I would think you'd HAVE to serve slices of Chicago or NYC pizza. None of this nasty stuff WDW passes off as pizza. You'd have to have some real, authentic slices of pizza pie!

Great list, but I'd have to add good ol' seafood gumbo (or chicken for those who don't care for seafood)....YUMMY!!!!!
