Can anyone provide me additional information on the American Express White Glove Treatment?

When I made my reservations for this December at AKL and used my American Express Card, they told me that using this card entitled me to the White Glove Treatment, but I am unsure of what this all entails.

Is this White Glove Treatment really worth it or would it have been better to use another card that, for example would have given me airline miles.

Is this only for hotel? I used Amex but had no clue. I did see that my Dis card included some photo ops but we didn’t feel like waiting

Did Amex ever offer a Disney cobranded Amex? If so, does anyone still have one?
