American Express Lounge with a guest?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows if the American Express pass allows the AMEX holder to bring a guest in? or does each individual have to have bought their pass with an AMEX card?

The AE lounge is available to people who bought a multi-day ticket or annual pass using American Express. Simply having an AE card without buying the tickets with it isn't good enough. AE will check their computer records to verify that. They can take guests in with them. This is according to info on an Orlando theme park website that Disboards blocks.

Yeah we both have Power Passes but my friend bought his with his AMEX, I did not. Just wanted to know if I would be able to go inside with him or if it would just allow him.

No...the AE Lounge is really very small...not much larger than my living room...maybe smaller! There is very limited seating. There is a refrigerator with bottled water and two baskets on the shelf above the fridge, one with bags of VERY salty potato chips and one with granola bars. There is one bathroom, a single stall unisex bathroom.

We use the AMEX lounge all the time and only one of us has an AMEX cards. We all have power passes, so yes you can go in with your friend. FYI - we love the chips!
