American Airlines via JFK

Anyone with experience or comments on this route to Orlando, or this airline?
Have done non direct before, but never via JFK!

I have travelled with American Airline's for many year's now to JFK and can honestly say that I have never had any sort of problem's with them. I do find that their service is fantastic. and the staff are great. They never seem to be stuck up or rude and they are wonderful with kid's. They really do know how look after them. JFK is quite basic compaired to other US airport's and I never have a hard time locating thing's/places. A word of warning. Immigration Official's at JFK are amoungst the most serious and sour looking I have ever come across.

I have done other destination's VIA JFK but not Orlando so cant help you with that one...sorry.
