American Airlines experiences?

Does anyone have any experiences (good or bad) flying American Airlines out of Boston? I like to fly SWA out of Providence, but I might give AA a try .

I flew AA last year at Christmas...MCO to BOS and return. I had a great experience with them. In fact, I just used them again this year for a flight to Oregon. The staff was very friendly. If you have an e-ticket you can check yourself in at the express machine and then the rep will take your luggage. The flight staff was friendly also.

The biggest thing I like about AA is that it is roomier. I know there commercials tout the more leg room but I really didn't think about it til I got on the flight. There was more leg room than I ever had on delta and since I like to put my carry on under the seat, this was a bonus...no knees in my face!

I hope to be able to use AA this year again for my holiday trip to MA.

Don't have any experiences with them at Boston, but we just flew them today back from Florida and the flight was great. Great going down as well. On time, friendly crew, and extra legroom. We had a great trip.

I've used AA several times and have always had nice flights, and friendly staff. I'm using them in December for my Disney trip and am really looking forward to it.

I flew them out of Chicago last Oct and out of Milw last Feb. No problems, except that on a couple of the legs I was put on a teeny tiny plane which freaked me out because I hate flying. I am sure you get that on any airline.
In Chicago we had a chance to get bumped for some nice $, but SO would not go for it.
